This notice contains important information regarding your transaction of business with us electronically. Please read this notice carefully and print and/or download a copy for your files. CONDUCTING BUSINESS ELECTRONICALLY Federal law, and state law as applicable, treats electronic signatures as having the same legal force and effect as if they were signed on paper by hand. Therefore, online contracts have the same legal force as signing an equivalent paper contract in ink. Please note, to apply for products and services online, the applicant will be required to utilize an electronic signature. Below is information regarding Records received, signed and/or delivered electronically by or with World Insurance Company (" the Company.") Records include, but are not limited to, applications, notices, disclosures, and authorizations. What Types of Information Will the Company Provide Me in Paper Form Even though you may be signing and receiving certain Records electronically, we will continue to provide you with paper copies of all Records that we are required by law and/or company policy to provide to you in paper form. Your receipt of Records from us electronically does not mean that we must provide all or part of the Records electronically. By using this website you are not agreeing to communicate with us solely by electronic means. The Company may, at their option, deliver all or part of the Records in paper if it chooses to do so. We may also require that certain communications from you be delivered to the Company on paper at a specified address. Box 3160 Omaha, NE 68103-0160 What Type of Hardware and Software Will I Need to Access Information To access and retain Records from the Company , you must be able to view the Records on your computer monitor. You must also be able to send screen prints to your printer. Most Internet browsers provide a convenient method of printing the Records you view on your monitor. To retain a copy of the foregoing, you may print copies from the website where the Records will be provided or you may save an electronic copy. Printing/Downloading Records You agree to print out and/or download Records when advised by the Company to do so and keep them for your records.
